WHY I CAN HELP YOU
From a very young age, I have been interested in food and health. I have probably tried every diet there is. I have personally struggled with eating disorders, including starving myself, binge eating, the use of laxatives and induced vomiting. I had for many many years a very unhealthy relationship with food and my body. I know how hard it is trying to figure out what diet is right for you and how devastating it feels not achieving any results. I took me a long time figuring out how to fall in love with food and myself, as I was doing it on my own. Working with a nutritionist that will educate and guide you through your health journey makes everything so much easier.
This is why I want to help other people with their health and body.

4 year Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Nutrition.
I've competed in Bikini Fitness 2014 and 2015.
Won 2nd place in UKBFF Scottish Championship in 2015.
I have worked alongside celebrity Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton for over 3 years.
WHAT I DO & why i am different
As a qualified Nutritionist, I know that health is so much more than just food, and my services focus on overall wellness - not just your diet.
I know that everyone is different and I know that individualised nutrition counselling maximises health and can reduce disease risk.
My approach to nutrition is based on holism - treating a person as a whole and considering lifestyle, social, mental and preventative factors as opposed to simply the physical symptoms that accompany imbalance.
I will not tell you to cut out food groups, go fully organic or gluten free (unless you suffer from certain health conditions). I will educate your on how your body works and I create a plan that suits your needs and your lifestyle. Improve your health and lifestyle should be fun and not restrictive.
I work on a basis that I want you to only come to me once for help. I want to make sure that after you’ve been working with me you will never need to seek nutritional advice from me or others. My nutrition plans are all about educating you about nutrition and your body and how to achieve your goals and maintain them.
