The Reset Your Gut Has Been Waiting For

A functional juice fast designed to calm inflammation, reset digestion, and restore energy — guided by evidence-based nutrition, not trends.

Start YOUR Reset

Here's how a juice fast can revolutionise your health and enhance your gut wellness in just 3 weeks.

I'M IN

imagine results like this…

The Juice Fast 2.0 isn’t a typical detox. It’s a carefully structured, evidence-based reset that spans 17–19 days — combining preparation, fasting, and recovery for a complete transformation.

You’ll spend one week gently preparing your body, 3–5 days on the juice fast itself, and another week rebuilding your gut and metabolism through whole, nourishing meals.

This approach supports digestion, hormones, and liver function — helping you feel refreshed, balanced, and deeply reconnected with your body.

START THE RESET

More than a cleanse — it’s a functional reset.

What is juice fasting?

Juice fasting involves giving your digestive system a complete rest while nourishing your body with cold-pressed juices for 3–5 days.

This isn’t a fad or a starvation diet — it’s a strategic way to reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and reboot your relationship with food. During the fast, you’ll flood your body with polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals from fruits and vegetables — nutrients that help repair cells, lower oxidative stress, and support detoxification.

The goal is simple: to let your body focus on healing, not digesting.

Because when digestion takes up 50–70% of your daily energy, your system rarely gets a chance to repair and regenerate.

The Juice Fast 2.0 gives your body that opportunity — to pause, reset, and come back stronger.

I'M READY

Why It Works

Because healing happens when you support your body — not punish it.

01. Prepares the Body

The pre-fast phase ensures a smooth transition by removing inflammatory foods and balancing blood sugar.

02. Resets Digestion

The 3–5 day juice fast allows the gut to rest while flooding your system with nutrients.

03. Rebuilds Balance

The post-fast phase gently reintroduces real food to stabilise digestion, energy, and metabolism.

Fasting isn’t new. It’s one of the oldest and most powerful healing tools known to humanity — used for centuries across cultures for renewal, clarity, and self-discipline. Modern science has now confirmed what tradition always knew: fasting supports immune health, enhances detoxification, and promotes cellular repair.

It’s not just about drinking juice — it’s about resetting your rhythm.

Therapeutic fasting is not a mystical or magical cure. It works because the body has within it the capacity to heal when the obstacles to healing are removed. Health is the normal state. Most chronic disease is the inevitable consequence of living a lifestyle that places disease-causing stressors on the human organism. Fasting gives the body an interlude without those stressors so that it can speedily repair or accomplish healing that could not otherwise occur in the feeding state.

What happens during a fast?

When you fast, your body finally gets to do what it was designed to do — repair, rebalance, and renew.

For a few days, digestion takes a back seat, allowing your energy to be redirected toward deep cellular healing. In that process, something powerful happens: your body switches from “digest and store” to “clean and restore.”

This is where transformation begins.

Cellular Repair (Autophagy)

Fasting triggers autophagy — your body’s natural detox mechanism that removes damaged cells and replaces them with new, healthy ones. It’s your system’s built-in anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory reset.

Mental Clarity & Emotional Calm

Beyond the physical benefits, fasting brings profound mental clarity. Hunger cues quieten, focus sharpens, and your relationship with food transforms. By day four, most describe it as feeling free — grounded, calm, and deeply connected to their body.in anti-ageing, anti-inflammatory reset.

Digestive Rest & Renewal

With no food to break down, your gut finally rests. Inflammation subsides, the microbiome begins to rebalance, and your digestive rhythm resets. Many people experience lighter energy, clearer skin, and improved focus within days.

Colon Cleanse & Elimination

Many people experience a release of what’s often referred to as colon plaque — a thick, mucus-like build-up that can accumulate in the intestines. While science hasn’t formally defined it, countless people report feeling instantly lighter and more comfortable once it passes. Whether physical or energetic, that release is deeply cleansing.

Hormonal & Metabolic Balance

Short-term fasting improves insulin sensitivity and metabolic function, helping your body become more efficient at using energy. This is where fat loss, reduced cravings, and balanced hunger cues naturally follow.

Immune Reset

Research shows fasting can “reset” the immune system, lower inflammation, and activate powerful repair mechanisms at the cellular level. It’s one of the simplest ways to support your body’s natural healing capacity.

IT’S NOT A QUICK FIX, IT’S A TASTE OF THE FEELING HOW GOOD YOU ACTUALLY CAN FEEL AND IT’S THE BEST WAY TO QUICK START YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY!

Common Myths — Debunked

There’s a lot of confusion around fasting — and for good reason. It’s powerful, but only when done correctly.
Here’s the truth behind some of the most common misconceptions:

1️⃣ “You lose too much muscle.”
Not true. Research shows short-term fasting actually helps preserve lean muscle while burning fat. Any temporary loss is quickly restored once you return to balanced eating — and the benefits to energy and inflammation far outweigh it.

2️⃣ “It slows down your metabolism.”
Only slightly — and only during the fast itself. Once you start eating again (with proper reintroduction), your metabolism rebalances quickly. The post-fast phase in this plan is designed specifically to support that transition.

3️⃣ “You don’t need to detox — that’s what your liver is for.”
Yes, your liver and kidneys handle detoxification every day. But in a modern world filled with stress, processed foods, alcohol, and pollutants, those systems often need extra support. Fasting gives them a break — allowing your body to catch up on the job it’s already designed to do.

4️⃣ “There’s no science behind fasting.”
Quite the opposite. Studies have shown fasting can reduce inflammation, support immune health, improve insulin sensitivity, enhance gut function, and even promote longevity. This isn’t pseudoscience — it’s physiology.

5️⃣ “It’s unsafe.”
Fasting can be unsafe if done carelessly or without guidance — which is exactly why structure matters. The Juice Fast 2.0 was designed to make fasting safe, supportive, and effective for both men and women, using evidence-based principles and expert planning.

Fasting isn’t extreme. It’s ancient wisdom, backed by modern science — and when done correctly, it’s one of the most powerful tools for healing and renewal.

The Feeling Everyone Talks About

By day four, you’ll feel it — calm focus, clean energy, a sense of lightness that’s hard to describe.

Your senses sharpen, your cravings disappear, and you realise how incredible your body is designed to feel when supported the right way.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about reconnection.

It’s time to press reset — properly.
A functional, science-backed way to restore your gut, metabolism, and energy — in under three weeks.

faqs

  • It really depends on the individual and on your current weight. 2.5-5kg is the average weight loss. Some of this is just water weight or/and muscle and you will gain this back. Some will continue to lose more weight after the fast.

    But the main idea of a juice fast is to get a kick start in your health journey, do some gut healing and teach you how to make healthier choices moving forward.

  • I explain all this in the plan. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort, please break the fast and consult with a healthcare professional.

  • It’s VERY important you buy a masticating juicer and not a centrifugal one. A masticating juicer crushes chews and squeezes all the juice from the fruit and vegetables. Whereas a centrifugal one uses blades and high spinning which creates heat and that will destroy a lot of the nutrients. They are also a pain to clean! Here is one I recommend.

  • No. A juicer extracts the juice from the fruit and vegetables and removes the fibre. A blender blends the fruit and vegetables and leaves the fibre.

  • * A juicer / or buy premade juices / bone broth

    * Fruit and vegetables

    * Psyllium husk

    * Apple cider vinegar

  • You can drink up to 2 cups of decaffeinated coffee during the fast. But it has to be Swiss Water Decaffeinated. Other brands use harsh chemicals to remove the caffeine from the coffee beans which is still present in the coffee beans. You can start drinking normal coffee from day 3 of break-fast.

  • You will experience changes in your bowel movements. You might be constipated or get diarrhoea. This will change on day 3 usually. Colon plaque/mucus should come out on day 3 or day 4. It feels a bit different than a normal bowel movement. More like something is “sliding out of you” but in a pleasant way. Note: It can be hard to flush.

  • After taking a shower spend a few minutes transitioning between hot and cold water. Extreme temperatures support circulation, and lymphatic drainage and turn on your immune system. You will find that if you end your shower on cold you will be much warmer when you get out than if you end on hot. Every day you should do some form of exercise or activity that will cause you to break a little sweat. Sauna or steam room use is HIGHLY recommended!

  • When the post-fast is completed. However, I strongly advise waiting to drink alcohol as long as you can as alcohol damages the gut lining.

  • NO! Your juices should consist of mostly vegetables and some fruit for flavour, sweetness and nutrients. Remember there is a lot of sugar in fruits so you don’t want to be drinking just fruit juices for 3-5 days.

  • Ideally, I would recommend buying organic fruit and vegetable if you can. Pesticides are still present in non-organic fruit and vegetables even when washed. But I know that it can be too expensive for some to buy. So non-organic is totally fine, just remember to wash the fruit and vegetables before you juice them. There’s more information about this in the plan.

  • I recommend 1-2 times per year. When you start doing it you will “feel” when it’s time for another juice fast. You can use this same plan for the rest of your life! I personally do them twice a year, one in the spring and one in autumn. If you are planning to do a juice fast more than once a year, make it about 6 months since your last fast before you start a new one. Doing a juice fast too often is NOT recommended. However, if you want to experience more benefits with fasting, intermittent fasting also gives you a lot of the same benefits and it is incredibly powerful for your health. I recommend having an 8-12 hour eating window every day and fasting for the rest. Example: the first meal at 9 am last meal at 17 or 19 pm.

  • Yes! I highly encourage you to make juice once a day or a few times a week. It’s super tasty and also so good for you.

  • You will be left with a lot of pulp. You can make a loaf or muffins with it and freeze the rest for another baking day. There are loads of recipes online!

  • No, you don't need to do that. However, if you are using non-organic vegetables, I recommend peeling them. But if you use citrus fruits I'd recommend just squeezing out the juice by hand. You can juice lemons and limes, but you will be left with a very bitter taste. Do not juice oranges as the skin is indigestible to humans.

  • No. Cold-pressed juices have a very short shelf life (24 hours). So you have to create the juices on the day or the day before. Make sure it’s stored in an airtight glass container and in the fridge. You can create all juices prior to starting if you freeze the juices right away (some nutritional value will be lost but it’s minor) and take them out of the freezer to defrost overnight.

  • This is very individual. Symptoms may be reduced or barely noticed. This all depends on your current health status. Many find that their gut issues will be completely resolved. If you suffer from breakouts and acne your skin may break out, even more, in the first few days and clear up at the end of the fast. Some people may feel very bloated the first few days, but this again will be improved at the end of the fast.

  • Yes, you will need to exercise every day, but intense exercise is not recommended. This is explained more in-depth in the plan.

  • No. Your digestive system has had a proper rest, your stomach has shrunk and you have to introduce food groups slowly. The break-fast protocol has strict guidelines to follow.

  • * Under 18 years old

    * Pregnant or lactating women

    * Critical heart conditions

    * Diabetes

    * Chronic conditions such as cancer
