The story
I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works — how food, movement, and mindset can completely change how we feel.
From a young age, I was drawn to nutrition and wellness. Over the years, that curiosity became something deeper — I wanted to understand why people struggled with their bodies, their energy, and their digestion, even when they were “doing everything right.”
Like many, I’ve been through phases of restriction, overtraining, and chasing perfection. But over time, I learned that true wellness isn’t about control — it’s about understanding your body and working with it.
That belief led me to study Nutrition at Queen Margaret University, where I earned my BSc (Hons), and to qualify as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr).
But more than that, it’s what shaped the way I work today — combining science, critical thinking, and intuition to get to the root cause of what’s really going on in the body.
I know how it feels to want answers — to feel stuck, frustrated, or dismissed when things don’t make sense.
That’s why I created my programmes: to educate, empower, and help people heal properly — with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Today, I help men and women all over the world heal their gut, restore balance, and feel at home in their bodies again — through evidence-based protocols, functional testing, and holistic lifestyle coaching.

EXPERIENCE
17 years of experience with food, nutrition & well-being.
4-year Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Nutrition.
Competed in Bikini Fitness 2014 and 2015.
Won 2nd place in UKBFF Scottish Championship in 2015.Worked for celebrity Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton for 6 years.
