HOW TO GET A BLOOD TEST

If you don’t already have blood test results, don’t worry.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive full instructions on how to arrange your blood tests, including recommended providers and the biomarkers required.

Before your blood test

  • Make sure you are fasted for 10-12 hours. No more than 15 hours.

  • Drink plenty of water before your blood test, around 1 litre.

  • Do not do any intense exercise 48 hours before your blood test.

  • Do not take any supplements 24 hours before your blood test.

  • Do take medication as normal.

    Your protocol may include anywhere from a few foundational supplements to a more comprehensive therapeutic plan depending on your individual needs, symptoms, lifestyle, and blood analysis results.

    Every supplement is selected intentionally based on:
